[Simh] Setting DECSERVER 90L to factory defaults

I know that this is off topic, but we do communicate with Decservers from the SIMH microvax simulator.  We bought a replacement DECserver-90L and it is set with non-standard passwords, so it is unusable.

Anyone know how to force a factory reset?  There is no reset button.
