[Simh] J-11 reverse-engineering project

As far as I know, no copies of the schematics or layouts survived the 
numerous acquisitions and mergers - of DEC by Compaq and then HP - and 
the spinout of Harris Semiconductor as Intersil. The only photograph I 
have is of completed chips and are reproduced here: 
http://simh.trailing-edge.com/semi/j11.html. The chip specifications are 
on Bitsavers.

Mentec did produce a J-11 knockoff in other technology, but they have 
gone under as well, I believe.
