[Simh] Issue with MOP booting SIMH instance from AlphaVM

Greetings

I have an issue MOP booting a SIMH VAX/VMS satellite node from an AlphaVM
OpenVMS node.
This may not be the appropriate forum for this question, but as it involves
a SIM instance I thought I'd ask :)

I believe the configuration is correct: the Alpha instance responds to the
MOP request:

Can provide more information as required. Both instances are running on the
same physical server although they are connected to different physical
Ethernet ports.
