[Simh] Booting the vax750 simulator.

That did it.  Switching from an RA82 on a UDA50 to an RP07 results in a
configuration that will boot 4.0.

Unfortunately this isn't really what I would call a working system.
Something seems to not be functioning correcty with regards to reading
kernel data structures:
