[Simh] More VAX 11/750 Testing

THe disk image linked above (
http://occs.cs.oberlin.edu/~hbent/vaxultrix/ultrix11.tar.bz2 ) will
demonstrate the issue.  That archive includes a config for the 780, and I
have attached the config I am using for the 750.
