[Simh] Tcp keepalive on hp2100 mux

Please reproduce it with the latest code from: https://github.com/simh/simh/archive/master.zip

Once you see the problem again, hit ^E in the simulator console session and send back the output from the following commands:

               sim> SHOW VERSION
               sim> SHOW MULT
