[Simh] Powerful system

On my new Raspberry Pi 2 (quadcore ARM), Simh 3.9-0 from the 
trailing-edge repository gives me 3 VUPs.
That is, three times more powerful than the original VAX-11/780.
On a somewhat smaller footprint.

Details: Raspbian OS, fully updated/upgraded
