[Simh] Repository for software kits?

  I don’t find any directories or examples of existing software kits on github, so I’m not convinced that’s where they go.

  Besides, I’m not a member of the simh team … I can’t create add on github/simh anyway.

  Hopefully Mark is listening and will tell us the right answer.
