[Simh] SIMH console settings for escape sequence support

You could use a telnet console with a telnet client that supports terminal emulation, like PuTTY.  On other systems this tends not to be an issue because the standard shell windows normally have terminal emulation support (they do on Linux, Mac, etc.).
