That probably refers to Yahoo's recent(?) absurd requirements. It seems
that they want that a mailing list doesn't keep the originator's From:
header but forges it to be its own. 

The problem with what Yahoo and other sites are suggesting is that the
Internet Engineering Task Force, in the Internet Message Format RFC
(RFC2822, found at http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2822.txt) specifically
states

    In all cases, the "From:" field SHOULD NOT contain any mailbox that
    does not belong to the author(s) of the message.  See also section
    3.6.3 for more information on forming the destination addresses
    for a reply.

they actually admit they are really breaking all mailing lists:

    As of this publication, no common mailing list packages provide
    straightforward configuration options that produce DMARC
    compatibility,

I vote for the Usenet Death Penalty for Yahoo.
