I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for.

All of the source zip files at http://simh.trailing-edge.com/sources/ are contained in the https://github.com/simh/simh repository.

For example.  Visit https://github.com/simh/simh/releases/tag/v3.9-0 and you'll have access to exactly what was available in http://simh.trailing-edge.com/sources/simhv39-0.zip

Likewise:  https://github.com/simh/simh/releases/tag/v3.8-1

Etc... Etc...

Can you elaborate more about what you're asking for?
