[Simh] Minor documentation bug

In section 3.2.1 (Device Timing) of 
http://simh.trailing-edge.com/docs/simh.pdf,  the third sentence 
contains "The distinction between devices whose timing is externally  
generated  and those whose timing is externally generated is crucial."

The second "externally" should be "internally".
