[Simh] regression with simh38-1?

Hi,

I am just starting to use SIMH to play around with VAX/VMS. I have the
attached init script to boot up VMS.

For simh38-1 and 38-2-rc2 when I shutdown VMS, I could have the simulator
exit also. With the latest code from github
https://github.com/markpizz/simhversion 6e813b83647c1ea0ca9b7,
The shutdown return to the simulator and do not acknowledge the exit
command in the init file after boot cpu.

Is this a regression or some new command need to be used?

I am running it under Linux, Slackware64 13.37
