Hi Mark,

I'm glad you've got this issue solved.

If you picked precompiled up binaries from https://github.com/markpizz/simh/downloads you may want to pick up the latest precompiled binaries.  These include optimizations which increate the simulator instruction execution speed by 20% and also fix some disk sizing issues if you happen to use the vax780 simulator and RP disks.
