Hard to say without testing it hard. Almost all of the 256MB RAM is
used for caches. But when an application malloc()s as much (and uses
it), the cache will be dropped.

For real, if there's not running anything else, you'll get 200MB RAM
inside the simulated system without noticeable paging.
