[Simh] SIMH Altair disk formats and cpmtools

I'm trying to read some SIMH Altair 88-DISK controller images using CPMTOOLS but having no luck.

Could someone give me the correct  /etc/cpmtools/diskdefs for:

	1. The hard disks (8MB)
	2. A 254-track normal disk drive
