[Simh] Max memory for 11/70 and up?

    Greeting all,
I have just gotten started with simh and the upper end pdp series (11/70 and up).
I loaded rsts v 10.  I have configured the cpu to 4 meg but both the sysgen and the
newly built monitor only see 2 meg.

Am I missing something?  I worked with RSTS for more than 10 years. It is a lot
of fun to issue the hello command again :)
