[Simh] Another Serial question.

If I redirect the master terminal to /dev/ttyS0 (a serial port) will SimH carry on regardless of if a user interacts with the terminal?

If I redirect it to a TELNET port the emulator quits if I close the telnet link (presumably because it defaults to modem controls and so closes the terminal on disconnect).

Or... can I disable the modem controls on the telnet connection?
