[Simh] Emulated Graphics card?

I don't see how it cant stub out like the networking with a null set......

Not to mention it makes adding other things a snap.  Much like how I
could take the ethernet and interface it to slirp, or local files, or
pretty much anything that can read/write and alert on reception....
