[Simh] VAX DZ terminal controller unit?

Hi,

While the DZ emulation should work, I would like to comment on the network
issues.

With TAP networking it is relatively easy to set up networking (using
bridging) so that both hosts on the network and the host and the emulated
CAX can see each other as if on a lan. Only one card is needed. This is
how I run my virtual VAXen to bootstrap the real ones. (Actually I run a
cluster of two emulated VAXen to test cluster boot).
