[Simh] EXT :Re: PDP-11 oddity

There was no mention in the 3.8-2 RC1 release notes of a 6800 emulator.
However, Bob hasn't released the final 3.8-2 kit yet.

Ok.  How do I get 3.8-2?  Web site still holds only 3.8-1.  I want to
