[Simh] Installing software

Hi everyone,

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to install software after I have
installed RSTS/E v9.6 in SIMH.  I'm wanting to install BASIC-PLUS-2, FMS-11,
and DECnet.  FMS and DECnet don't have a dialog.tsk, but they have .com
files.  I opened up the com files and they read like they install the
software.  BASIC-PLUS-2 has a different issue, it has a dialog.tsk but after
I configure what I want to install it asks for bp2bld.tmp, which doesn't
exist.  So:

How do I install software with .com files?
And how do I install BASIC-PLUS-2?

Sorry if these are simple questions, but I'm new to hobby and so far its
interesting.
