[Simh] LK keyboards, anyone?

I usually map KP_Plus to KP_Separator and Ctrl-KP_Plus to KP_Minus (or vice
versa, I forget which and I'm not at home to check). That solves the
missing key problem well enough for me. I get F11 through F20 using Ctrl-F1
through Ctrl-F10.

I'd love to get a real LK keyboard for my AlphaStation but I get by with a
standard PC keyboard.
