[Simh] scripting simh

well for the Unix stuff, I actually just modified the source to the
bootloaders to just boot unix automatically......

I remember for 32v I even had the bootloader print up the caldera license,
then boot up right away.... it seemed like an easier (and more "portable" )
solution for booting unix....
