[Simh] SIMH - Network loopback?

I've been running things like simh, qemu, vmware, etc., for years in
Windows XP.  What you want are one or more TAP interfaces.  Adding
multiple TAP interfaces is trivial in Windows, and you should easily be
able to find instructions on how to do so in a google search.  OpenVPN
for Windows even comes with a simple TAP interface creator called
"tapinstall.exe", with a batch file wrapper called "addtap.bat".
