[Simh] Errors when using pUTTY terminal emulator to telnet to simh.

I think it's something in putty's terminal identify....  I've had the
exact same thing happen to me, and I stopped distributing putty with
my retro unix/bsd stuff.

For what its worth, I eneded up switching as much as possible to the
11/780 emulator as you can bypass the BIOS and go straight to the
bootloader ....... (vmb.exe or load -o 'ing the bootstrap)
