[Simh] Idle problem with VAX/VMS V4.7 on Simh V3.8-0

I have paper copies of the four (that I know of) VMS Internals and  
Data Structures books: V2.2 (AA-K785A-TE, 1981), V3.3 (EY-00014-DP,  
1984), V4.4 (EY-8264E-DP, 1988), and V5.2 (EY-C171E-DP, 1991).  The  
latter three are on the web site Bill cited; the first one is at .../ 
dec/vax/vms/2.2/.  I also have paper copies of VMS File System  
Internals (EY-F575E-DP, 1990), which is also on the web site Bill  
cited, VMS Performance Management (Professional Press, 1992), VAX  
Architecture Reference Manual, Second Edition (EY-F576E-DP, 1991),  
Alpha AXP Architecture Reference Manual, Second Edition (EY-T132E-DP,  
1995), Alpha Implementations and Architecture (EY-T141E-DP), and  
Writing OpenVMS Alpha Device Drivers in C (EY-T133E-DP, 1996).  We  
might also have old fiche for VMS and maybe even some old MAINDEC  
paper tapes from our PDP-11/70.  If anyone needs this information,  
they can contact me and we can arrange a loan.
