[Simh] Autoboot on the 3900

Although it is set to autobooting (dep bdr 0), I guess that the
nvram.bin lost its setting for the boot device. Set it again, HALT the
simulation and exit SIMH the quit command. I guess it'll boot
correctly afterwards.
