[Simh] attaching a tape virtual file without stopping simulation - a solution!

Thanks. I will modify my scp.c, remake, and give it a try!
I can't <ctrl-E> to detach the tape with my current vax.ini,
but if this works automatically when VMS dismount/unload's,
that would be perfect!
