Hi,
I'm curious if the VAXserver 3900 modeled by SIMH has an equivalent to
the BIOS hardware-style clock in a PC? If so, is it set to UTC, or the
local time?
I ask this mostly because I've just installed NetBSD VAX on this machine
and am not sure quite what setting to use. VMS just seems to do the right
thing without being prodded.
