[Simh] Visual C++ 2005 updates...

I've uploaded my project file & source code for VC2005 on the source forge
site.  Also I've uploaded precompiled exe's with & without ethernet
support.  I've also included the runtime redistributable.

As always, let me know if there are any issues with these exe's.  I'd be
interested in hearing if there is any speed difference.
