sorry, you've right: bcs16k.abs is generated by myself using the
procedure written in this document:

By the way, if I follow exactly the steps in that document I am not able
to reproduce the result. 
Anyway, the procedure to prepare a BCS tape it seems work without
problem.

I don't see "bcs16k.abs" there.  URL? 

("bcs16k.abs" appears in the procedure list you sent in your first 
message. 
I see everything else at the "siotapes" URL.)
