[Simh] SIMH/PDP-11 on Mac OS X

Is anyone using the current version of SIMH on Mac OS X?  I just 
built 3.7-1, I've previously been using 2.10-4, and have run into a 
problem with at least RT-11.

Instead of a simple "." prompt I'm getting the following:

Things quickly go downhill from there.
.[Kedit test.txt
[24B[7m ?KED-W-File not found - Create it (Y,N)? [m>[7m

It appears I'm running into some sort of terminal emulation issue.  I 
figured I'd check to see if anyone has run into this before I bother 
looking further.  This wasn't a problem with 2.10-4.
