I'd recommend taking a look at my website. Though it looks like I

should update the notes on SIMH.

SIMH emulates a KS10, which won't run TOPS-20 V7.0, for that you need
V4.1.
I like SIMH for TOPS-10, but for TOPS-20, I really recommend KLH10,
which
emulates both a KS10, and a KL10B.
