[Simh] simh idle feature

Dear ladies and sirs,

I really enjoy emulating VAXen using your software. While looking for an
IDLE application another usenet user mentioned, that 3.7 already has a
builtin idle feature. I unfortunately can't find any documentation on
how to use it. Is this compiled in at boottime like ethernetsupport or
switched on by a command?
