[Simh] Use muliprocessor with SIMH

Hi, 

we migrated our complete VMS-VAX-hardware (microVAX 3100/95, 3100/98) including our production-systems to SIMH from 02/2005 to 08/2005, in all 47 nodes....

SIMH works pretty good in daily business (all-in-one/ACMS/RdB-applications) with uptimes up to 300 days...
