[Simh] ITS

Hi;
It seems that information on running ITS under SIMH or KLH10 is very
scarce. I've found http://www.cosmic.com/u/mirian/its/itsbuild.html,
but it's pretty basic and I don't really know what to do I get to that
point. I have already used simh to complete all the steps in that
document, but now what? How do I add users? What else could I do?
