[Simh] Excessive paging of the real machine running SIMH - VAX

Hi
        
        Allocating 256 but not using it would make the host to page out
        part of the simulator. If the simulated system starts to access
        the full memory, it must be paged back.
        
        I could immagine a notebook  paging more because that would
        allow faster hibernation - but I do not have a clue whether such
        thing is implemented in your host os.
