[Simh] Is there an assertion check for memory content ?

Hello,

the assert command allows to check the status of registers
but doesn't seem to support checking the contents of memory
locations. That be very helpful for creating command files
which implement test suites.
Is there a way in simh (PDP-11 version) to do verify the
contents of a memory location ? Any hint welcome.
