[Simh] SimH 3.6-0 (problems compiling VAX using MinGW) RESOLVED

I decided to be bold and adventurous and pulled gcc 3.4.5 (MinGW
special) from the MinGW Sourceforge download area, although its status
there is "candidate".

This version allowed a flawless build with the scrips as supplied by Bob.

I only changed the optimize switch to -O3, and it then gives me a 14.2
VUP VAX780 to play with on my (hp compaq nx9010, 2.8 GHz) laptop.
