[Simh] SIMH 3.6-0, problem compiling VAX and VAX780 under Windows

It was happening with all of the "systems" that used the pdp-11 devices i.e. (pdp-10 & vaxen).

The issue was that the VAXen & PDP-10 includes in these device drivers were causing the failure when they couldn't be resolved.

I am sure there is a trivial solution, but I am also make & gcc challenged....

so changing all of VAX & PDP-10 includes in the PDP11 devices to
./VAX/....h
and 
./PDP10/...h

worked for me...
