I think the official solution was to reorder the memory cards. It had 
somthing to do with getting a fault while fetching a fault handler PSW 
because the fault hanler PSW in low memory was bad. Reordering the 
memory cards changed the contents of low memory. Was a pain because it 
involved wire wraps.
