[Simh] 4.3 BSD Reno

I've been having a frustrating time trying to get RENO running.. 

When I use the copy program, I get a disk image that boot will load a
kernel, but the kernel will panic trying to mount root. Ive tried 4.3BSD's
copy, and 4.2BSD's copy to no avail.

I did get 'some' success when I take the miniroot & have simh use that as a
ra disk & use 4.2BSD's boot program.  It comes up in single user mode...
However the root is mounted read only, issuing a 'mount -uw /dev/ra0a /'
takes care of that, but xtr freaks saying its 'out of inodes'..
