I'm assuming this is going to bite me since I am using 3.5 binary compiled
for
Windows with network & large disk support and need to use
all the RQx controllers ...

For those of us who don't know how, can you explain what's needed in
vax.ini to "...manually override the assigned address and add +8 to it ... "
