[Simh] serial ports

The only solution I have found was to get a copy of TCPToSer 
(http://www.tcptoser.de) and use that.  It is a program that accepts 
connections on your COM port and opens a telnet session to a predefined 
host.  Have it loopback to your console port and you should be good to go.
