[Simh] help needed booting SIMH 11/780 simulator (to run SysVR3)

Hi Rob,

All of your steps are very interesting.  I hope you realize that you
are way out in uncharted waters here.  As far as I know, the VAX780
simulator is still very experimental.  I'm pretty sure it has not
booted any OS as yet.  I think the plan was to try and get a
relatively modern VMS version running first (Modern being V4.0+). 
After that the hopeful plan was to try to go back as far as VMS 1.x. 
Clearly some possible steps along the way could be to try alternate
OSes as well.

Meanwhile, if you are merely trying to get SysVR3 to run on a VAX
simulator, I'd stick with the very stable MV3900 simulator and work
with thost pieces.
