[Simh] NetBSD Vax 2.0 installed

Hi,
This is just a report to let you know that NetBSD Vax version 2.0 was 
successfully installed on SIMH.  Doubtless, I'm not the first to send such a 
report, but I think it is worth telling you.
In the event anybody is curious as to how I did it, I will be happy to write 
up a procedure.
Now, to get the system to a usable state with network support and such is 
another matter...
