[Simh] Where are the .dsk files?

Yes, the PDP-11 "BOOT device" copies the boot ROM code for the device type into 
memory and jumps into it. This simulates the "load bootstrap address and start" 
method for booting an "early" PDP-11.

The VAX "BOOT CPU" loads the much larger console "microcode", which lived in 
ROM on a VAX and which is given control on power-up - it's what prints the 
">>>" prompt. (It has the bootstraps for the various supported devices in it.)

Perhaps in the fullness of time "BOOT CPU" on the PDP-11 simulator will load 
the 11/34's "console emulator", the 11/24's "console ODT" or the 11/44's "ascii 
console" (as appropriate for the CPU settings).
