[Simh] RAUSER limit, connecting to physical devices

A couple of things, SIMH doesn't support attaching a physical tape 
drive.  Also, how old are those tapes?  You might want to consider 
having those tapes read professionally if they're very old.  8mm 
tapes are a rather unreliable storage medium.
