[Simh] Problem booting new install

Ummm ... why are the .DSK files 0 bytes long?

When I put SIMH on my Mac I used the OpenVMS LD utility on my AlphaStation
to prepare all the disk images, including a CD-ROM image.  Then I copied the
image files to my Mac and set them up much as you described.  It worked.
